Isaac Scot is a highly experienced registered civil engineer with over 20 years experience in the construction industry and executive leadership of multi-disciplinary teams. As an engineering executive, Isaac has demonstrated exceptional technical and strategic organisational leadership, successfully building and guiding teams to deliver outstanding construction and maintenance outcomes for a portfolio of over 4,000 civil infrastructure assets in Brisbane, Queensland. He is passionate about civil structures, having worked on many of Brisbane's major bridges including the iconic Story Bridge.
Isaac is also passionate about maintaining high standards of service delivery and is deeply committed to putting people first—whether that’s fostering team development or ensuring client satisfaction. His leadership approach is grounded in creating collaborative, results-driven environments that prioritise long-term success, and has a demonstrated ability to effectively connect with teams of operational field staff as well as senior organisational leadership.
In addition to his extensive industry experience, Isaac is a chartered professional engineer (CPEng), a registered professional engineer of Queensland (RPEQ), a certified coatings inspector, and a PhD candidate in the field of residual life assessment of steel structures.
